Having trouble with Tender? Here are answers to common questions, plus how to reach us directly.
Tap Create Session, then share the 6-character code or the invite link with your group. Anyone with the code or link can join by tapping Join Session.
Make sure you've granted Tender location access. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Tender and set it to While Using the App.
Double-check that they're entering the code exactly as shown — it's case-insensitive but must be the current 6-character code. Codes are tied to an active session; if the session ended, start a new one.
Go to your Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and all associated data.
